Return & Exchange
We offers the service of returns and exchanges so there is no risk. For any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your shopping, we are glad to receive your returns within 30 days after delivery. Please follow the simple guide below:
All the returns/exchanges and cancel of the orders, customers are responsible for the express delivery fees.
1.The returned goods should be completely new.
If there is any evidence showing that the shoes are worn outdoor, We will not accept the returns/exchanges. Please try the shoes in clean places. If you are not satisfied, we will be glad to offer the service of exchange/return.
2.The original box, package, and other enclosures should all be returns with the shoes.
Please put the shoes, shoe box, and all other enclosure into the package. We will not accept returns without the original boxes or other enclosures.
3.products with defects are only for exchanges
We only accept exchanges for the products with defect within 30 days after being delivered. If over 30 days, we regard it as normal damages.
Returns for Exchange
Delivery fee for returning：if the goods are qualified for return or exchange, customers pay for the delivery fees.
Returns for exchange：if there is no goods customers need, the exchange would be regarded as return.

It takes us 20 days to receive and deal with your returns. We suggest all the returns use insurance package delivery service. (DHL OR EMS)
